As the service provider of the MERKUR GROUP, MERKUR SERVICE combines the subsidiaries MSG MERKUR Spielgeräte Service GmbH and Service MERKUR GROßHANDEL. The company employs around 300 people in eleven branches throughout Germany. The main location is in Lübbecke.

As a service provider, MERKUR SERVICE supports customers in dealing with their products. With a comprehensive technical customer service, the service technician network, the maintenance offer "free & easy" as well as a broadly based telephone support, the company offers practical, competent and solution-oriented advice and assistance. With regular training courses, seminars and product trainings, the instructors of the adp merkur service always keep the customers up to date with the latest equipment technology.
