MERKUR Immobilien und Bauprojekte GmbH & Co. KG, which was established in 1991, is a subsidiary of the MERKUR GROUP. MERKUR Immobilien is responsible for the planning, construction and management of properties owned by the MERKUR GROUP. These include office buildings, production and logistics sites, commercial properties, arcades, shops, event areas and apartments of the MERKUR GROUP as well as the Schloss Benkhausen training centre with museum and hotel, and the entire outdoor facilities (including an English garden). The focus is on creating the best possible environment for various stakeholders so that they receive an optimal working and living space, thus ensuring that they have a high level of satisfaction.

Thanks to its many years of experience, MERKUR Immobilien und Bauprojekte GmbH & Co. KG constantly provides the MERKUR GROUP with reliable support in all property-related matters. Drawing on their commitment and in-depth technical knowledge, the employees of MERKUR Immobilien und Beteiligungs GmbH handle even large tasks with professionalism, whether this be, for example, the purchase of new buildings for arcade venues, the carrying out of occupational safety and fire protection measures, the planning and implementation of completely new construction projects or building management. This is borne out by the fact that the company managed approximately 135 properties worth over EUR 254 million in 2020.
